About us - who we are?

Adaptogens.EU is internet store that sales natural Adaptogens – medicinal herbs and medicinal mushrooms. Together with other our stores: Czech Ariadne.cz, Slovak Ariadne.sk and German Adaptogene.eu we have tradition and good reputation. We are based in Czech Republic, Prague (EU zone). We ship to Europe.

We emphasize the fact that we are offering goods for which the customer will have a reason to come back to us. We are not trying to succeed in the competition for the cheapest merchandise, we make our best to be first to provide highest quality to price ratio.

About regulatory censorship of information on this site

On these pages, unfortunately, you will not be able to find relevant information about the health effects of medicinal plants and mushrooms offered. We apologize for it, the reason are the EU directives and regulations that regulate the sale of food and food supplements (more here) that we must conform to (under heavy penalties threat).

About ordering  goods

Our products are certified to meet all the EU requirements for food. They were tested by the Czech National Institute of Health according to the requirements and standards of the EU. Labels, stickers and accompanying instructions for use are in English.

There is always minimum amount (in grams) for all weighed adaptogens. There is no upper limit deliveries for orders greater than normal may take longer delivery time (accumulating reserves, we have everything fresh). We are weighting with accuracy of 1 gram. For the whole roots weight (and price) may be rounded to whole pieces (max. +/-10 Grams). Everything is carefully and well packed.

In case you have special requirements or statement to make, please enter it to the message box ("Comment") in the final step of the order. We'll try our best to meet it.

All prices are in Euros (EUR). For the customers from the EU, the order price is final. No additional taxes or customs fees are due for the delivery. For other countries, customs fees might apply according to the country-specific regulations. For each purchase, you will receive the tax receipt.

About payment

Upon filling the Checkout form, you will be able to choose from the following payment methods:

Dear customers, with effect from March 2017, we must interrupt use of payment methods PayPal and Bitcoin due to new Czech legislation on electronic records of sales (EET). We hope that you would understand this situation. We recommend you to use Payment to bank account method. We apologize for this inconvenience.

About delivery and shipping prices

Shipping fee correspond to tariffs of individual carriers. See delivery methods and shipping fees here.

Shipping fee is calculated and added at checkout process after selecting method of shipment. We ship orders forthwith, max. 3 working days after we receive of payment.You instantly get notification about shipment being dispatched with tracking number.
