Recipe: Ginseng tea

ginseng tea

Ginseng tea is a very practical way of consuming ginseng. It is suitable for both — understanding the effects of different doses of ginseng on the organism — either for long-term use of regular daily doses. You also can add your favorite tea-bag or dried fruit into it. We recommend you try goji fruits, it improves the taste and aroma of a tea and enriches it by large amounts of vitamins, minerals and LBP (Lycium barbarum polysaccharides).

We need:

other ingredients:

  • 1 bag of favorite black, green or fruit tea, or
  • favorite dried fruit, or
  • 10-20 fruits of goji TaiwanTCM

Instead of ginseng LIANG can use any quality 6-years old root: TaiwanTCM CHEN`50 , TaiwanTCM CHEN`20 , Korea INSAM. You can also use quality younger root - TaiwanTCM baby, like this you will still get a quality, true ginseng tea with the proper amount of constituents.

The amount of ginseng can be customized according to individual needs and experience.

Preparation:

If possible, boil ginseng in water for about 10 minutes. If you can not boil, pour it with hot water (100 °C) and soak it at least 20 minutes or as long as possible. You can, after drinking tea, pour the same slice of ginseng with hot water over and over again. Another possibility is, that you let it infuse overnight, even in a thermos bottle. Do not forget to warm it before drinking. Do not store ginseng tea more than 24 hours, otherwise it may spoil.
